The series is organised by colleagues in Nigeria and is primarily working to support the transfer of policy and practice in career guidance in Nigeria, Africa and the wider world. <\/p>\n<p>The format has been to ask a series of experts from different countries to talk about their systems in a reflective way and try and draw out some of the lessons for  other countries.
