Earlier this week I had the opportunity to present on the career guidance system in the UK as part of an international series. The series is organised by colleagues in Nigeria and is primarily working to support the transfer of policy and practice in career guidance in Nigeria, Africa and the wider world.
The format has been to ask a series of experts from different countries to talk about their systems in a reflective way and try and draw out some of the lessons for other countries. I think that this was designed particularly for countries that have more emergent systems, but in fact, it is pretty useful for everyone.
