On Tuesday I will be participating in a webinar for careers leaders. This builds on my book The Careers Leader Handbook.
This will be an interactive session in which I answer questions from careers leaders and discuss the current environment. The session provide.
- Expert insights on complex careers leadership challenges. Attendees will hear evidence-informed responses to real questions from experienced Careers Leaders, deepening their understanding of strategic and operational issues in careers provision.
- An exploration of the application of the Gatsby Benchmarks following the review. Attendees will learn how to refine and enhance their careers programmes using the revised Gatsby Benchmarks, with a focus on sustainability, whole-school integration, and impact measurement.
- The opportunity to engage in dialogue with peers. Attendees will be able to directly ask questions, reflect on their own practice and identify areas for growth.
